Experience

I called IREP to sign up with them today, She took my info and said that I needed three years experience. That seems like alot. Then I informed her I was a loan officer at HFC for a year and had just spoken with the manager there. He got permission from his higher ups. She said it would take two weeks for her to get the ok and would call me and give me more info.. Does it normally take two weeks? Or is this just because I have a special circumstance?

2 weeks is actually pretty fast for them.

My guess: not only do you have special circumstances but they have also fast tracked you.

It took two weeks for me to get approval from them. I've gotten over 80 signings since. It is worth the wait!

She asked me how much experience I had I told her a year and then she said oh but you need three. I said wow that seems like a lot and then went into the story of how I worked for HFC and she took my info and said I should hear from her in two weeks. Who knows....why she said three.
