After a fun filled eating out all weekend with the parental units from Chi-Town, I am ready for a vacation or a gym

Good Monday morning Charm. I know a few of Brokers that fit that bill, dont get up before 10am, dont get to the office before 1pm and quit a 5pm. No dang wonder they wait until the end of the month.
