Hablo espanol?
I'm looking for a partner in San Diego County who I can refer Hispanic borrowers too. If you're interested in teaming up, please email me at: [e-mail address].
I lost a closing today because the borrower only spoke Spanish and I only speak English. The SS wanted me to handle the deal anyway, but according to CA law I need to be able to communicate with the borrower and in all honesty I knew I couldn't.
I want to partner with someone who is bilingual so that I don't need to turn business away.

¿Se habla español?
Melody was correct in a sense, however, more commonly used to ask this question is, ¿Se habla español? (This is generic asking if anyone in general speaks Spanish here.) You'll notice in storefronts, etc., signs saying, "Se habla español" to indicate that "one speaks Spanish (here)". Another way to have made this request using the "King's" Spanish=(Castellano), would be: Busco (I am looking for) Hispanohablantes (Spanish-speakers). Spanish (español) is not capitalized outside of North America, except when beginning a sentence.
Hope you're not offended, but enjoy passing along information that may help.
