High Gas Prices

My average signing is usually 45 to 50+ miles one way. I hate to do it, but I have been considering raising my base rate to accomidate the cost of driving. Is this a concern for anyone else? I only do mobile signings.

BEEN THERE, DONE THAT. I HOPE YOUR MINIMUM IS WELL WORTH IT FOR THAT KIND OF MILAGE. WITH ALL OF THE TROUBLE WE HAVE TO GO THROUGH WITH LAST MINUTE RUSH CALLS, PRINTING DOCS, AND SS LYING ABOUT IT BEING 1 OR 2 LOANS, NOT TO MENTION THE GAS PRICES HERE IN CA YOU BETTER RAISE YOUR MINIMUM. IF I HAVE TO TRAVEL OVER 15 TO 20 MILES THERE IS AN EXTRA CHARGE.

I was just wondering because I am feeling quite the dry spell because no one wants to pay. So I guess I will just have to hang in there! Thanks!
