Holy Customer Service, Batman!
About 10:45 Eastern Saturday evening I sent an email message to The Signing Registry explaining a problem I'd had trying to use PayPal to purchase something about twenty minutes before. At 12:27 AM (yes, an hour and a half!) later I received a personal email (not a form letter!) from the President.
That, ladies and gentlemen, is Customer Service!
I was unwise enough to exclaim to Lady Rouge that the President of The Signing Registry must have no life. She replied tartly, asking what we were doing. (Actually Althea [she of the calico fur] is curled up in my lap, Lady Rouge is scrapbooking, and I'm investigating ways to market my notary services, while two of us are listening to classical music.) So, I apologize for thinking that other people have no lives.

Gotta love Kathy - she is tops
Incidentally, she was very very helpful to me when I started in this business, this was before the Signing Registry existed, I owe her a lot.
