How are my numbers?

This is my fourth month as a fulltime NSA. I've averaged 12 signings a month, 16 this month. (Hope the numbers will only go up). How am I doing? Although I advertise 24/7, I very rarely get appoinments set for mid-day.

I'm still uncertain whether or not I've made a right career move. Interest rates are going up....can only mean less refi....

Mid-day appointments are not the norm...

...no matter how many years you have been in the business.

Borrowers love evening and weekend appointments.

Mid-day appointments are not the norm - They are for Me!

I'd say about 40% of my appointments are for times before 5pm. Many of these are retired folks, people that work evening shifts/have days off during the week, want to do it while the kids are not around, or want to sign in their office. Fine with me - leaves more openings for the evening ones!

Melody,

Agree. I would also add early morning appointments - 7:30, 8:00 in the morning. I have had a number of those.
