I assume you're talking about Title Stream National Closing Solutions. They are quite responsible. Lower pay than I like, but everthing else is first class. I do most of their closings, especially reverse mortgages, in Austin.

PAYMENT
HOW FAST DO THEY PAY? I DID A REVERSE MORTGAGE ON 2/25 STILL HAVE NO PATMENT! WHEN DO I START CALLING ABOUT PAYMENT? DON'T WANT TO CALL TOO SOON AND ANNOY THEM! ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE WELCOMED!

Re: PAYMENT
Jen asks (regrettably, in all caps):
***I DID A REVERSE MORTGAGE ON 2/25 STILL HAVE NO PATMENT! WHEN DO I START CALLING ABOUT PAYMENT?***
I personally do not begin extra collection measures until 45 days has expired, and then it consists of just a phone call. Some companies pay during the month following a closing, so if you close toward the first of the month, it may be toward the last of the next month before a check is cut. After 60 days I get insistent. So far, only BridgeSpan, which was a first class outfit that went under, has stiffed me.

A lot of companies pay on the 15th of the following month, I would just call and ask if you need to send them an invoice just incase you got lost in the paperwork.
