Without seeing the actual form I am hesitant to offer an answer.
If you want to fax me the docs in question I would be happy to take a look at them
My fax is 321-234-9266

Sylvia, is this an English rhyme, or have I had a seriously sheltered childhood? Never have seen it before!

I am shocked! You never heard Bing Crosby singing "Little Sir Echo"?

And it was #3 of the top 30 chart in 1939!
Popsie would remember that

Little Sir Echo
My mother used to sing it to me when I was a child. I always loved it, but haven't heard it in years++.
Thanks for a heart-warming memory, Sylvia!

Well, I guess this really let's the cat out of bag. I do not remember it being on the chart in '39 as that was quite a few years before my time. However, since you so vividly remember, you must be my elder and therefore, the term "popsie" can only be used as a salutation acknowledging my "wisdom beyond my years". ")

Darn it! I was so sure that you would have retired for the night now. I mean, you do need all the sleep you can get
But, I don't remember it being on the chart in 1939 - My parents hadn't even met then! But my reference book tells me it was #3 in the top 30 then
I was sure you would have had first hand knowledge of it Popsie/

Got the fax.
The trustees need to fill in all the blank spaces. They should have their original trust documents they can get the information from.

So Sylvia can I go ahead and notorize even if they leave some blank spaces, since Im not notorizing the contents of the form but Im notorizing the signatures.

They should fill in all the spaces, before you notarize it.
