DON"T TAKE EM!! THIS IS HOW THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF US. I WAS OFFERED $45 FOR A 2 LOAN JOB BUT YOU HAVE TO QUESTION THEM AND NEGOTIATE. IT IS STILL A DOG GONE SAME THAT WE HAVE TO DO THAT BUT THAT IS THE WAY IT IS WITH IT BEING SO MANY NOTARIES AVAILABLE. I agree. The more they want me to hurry and rush their job the more I am worth to that company to get their job done and done right. Let them get what they pay for.

I feel that these notaries that are charging such a small fee will eventually get burned out and disappointed. And, the bad thing is that these companies already know that they charge less. That is my opinion.

I have found that the companies that pay the least are the biggest pain in the a**. They want the most fax backs, the fastest service, require the longest wait for docs & on & on & on !! I don't get no respect !!

I most definately agree, I have made up my mind not to fall for their little tricks like, you drove there before, or it is urgent we need it done today, then "we will pay $40.00, no more of that, that's for sure, I am with you guys

I took a $60 one for friday. Overnight package and the signing is 3 doors down the street from my house. Cool it is so close. And I know the neighbor too. Like I said before, I won't go under $75 unless I can walk to it.

Well, I want to be professional. I don't want to work for nothing. I had a call for a company and I said for a signing and e-docs it is 125.00. It was 5 miles from my house. She said it is fine I will send you your confirmation. I got paid and this is what I do.
