I'm 0 for 3 tonight...
I had a loan signing tonight...cancelled. Received a call at 4:30 for another one....never received the confirmation and won't return my phone calls (it's a Title Company - how RUDE and unprofessional!)....received a call 6:55 pm for an emergency, called back a few minutes later, it's not going to happen tonight...
Wow! What an "almost" productive night! So is life on the roller coaster of loan closings....

After 4+ years, I still love this work! Many won't make in a week, what we can in a day.
I thank my lucky stars I fell into this, especially month end.

Me To.., sort of. I had one, husband and wife splitsville. He was suppose to sign and now he won't. That's O.K. with me, he has to live with it either way. 2nd one, husband went out of town, reshedule to Sat. O.K. Then turned down two, didn't want to drive that far. Boy when I have two days off on the weekend I sure get lazy on Mondays. Then I get a call from one of the companies I nearly always say yes too. Edocs, O.K. I'll take it. While waiting for docs I called the borrower. He barely speaks english, and she doesn't at all. I call back the company and tell her. I told her I know there is a notary in that same city the borrowers are in that does speak spanish. She was really busy, so I said I'll find the number and call you. I checked Notary Rotary and found one, called her and asked if she could do it. She said yes. Called the company back gave all her information, asked if it was O.K. to forward the docs to her. I've forwarded them, now I get to fix dinner. I think that is my punishment for being lazy. My husband makes a joke, that I cook at least once a month. Guess today is the day.

I accepted 2 couple hours ago, printed the docs, got a hold of the borrowers but none knew anything about loan closing tonight. Either husband/wife is at work, not gonna happen.
Turned down one from 24/7 as I'm typing being that it's a 50 miles one way. Let it be a non-productive night then.

Would you believe the notary I got off of Notary Rotary for spanish speaking for that sign, this is her first signing. I told her to call me with any problems and fax me the notarization and I'll help her.

Re: My 3rd one went through afterall! n/m
I had my all time highest day ever. I did 5 yesterday from 1pm tp 9pm. They all fell about 2 hours apart, edoc worked out (BELIEVE THAT OR NOT) and I only drove 105 miles for all 5. Wish we all could do that every day.
However, now I don't have any scheduled.
