I made a mistake...

Did a closing on the 19th. This morning I found the NRTC under my fax machine/scanner.

Called the title company and told them at 8:05 am.

They said: Okay...just fax it it again for good measure and send it in but don't go all crazy sending it triple priority or anything. It's not going to be a problem for you in the future because you called.

I am about to go do just that.


Moral of the story: When you screw up, tell them you did ASAP.

I have screwed up recently so I called the parties involved and NO ONE has called me back or emailed me. I was a bit suprised and disappointed.

On a side note for your 11 suggestions, I went to amrnotary.com to purchase Monica's book, is it a pdf file or is a paper book? Thanks!
