Interesting indeed, and not just for Texas notaries. BUT!

The first paragraph has at least one mistake; it is in the final sentence of the paragraph.

The article is interesting, but should not be considered technically accurate.

I was focusing more on the blind/illiterate signer information. Ran across in in response to one of the members of the Texas NSA Network on Yahoo.com.

Sorry, eager pinky looking to hook up with ENTER key...

The search I did to turn this up was in response to an S.O.S. signal from a notary friend. My focus was more on her bwr who could not take her info down and said "Honey, I cannot write."

Could not attest to whether this is good for outside Tx or not, but it works well with the Tx Secty of State info.

As far as digital siggy info...not the foggiest on that one.
