Just Goes To Show You, You Must Follow Up With SS's

I have been following-up with all of the SS's that I had fax'ed packets to. Many of them said they did not receive the info. and to re-fax. That's pretty scary considering all of the personal info. in those packets. Has anyone else experienced this?

Set your fax to print a confirmation sheet ..

I save these as it shows the date, time and telephone number that the fax went to; i.e., it was received, somebody just lost it or the receiving fax was out of paper, stored it in memory and when someone tried to "fix the fax" they lost all the stored faxes.

Very good suggestion, I will check my fax machine and see if it has that feature. Thanks!
