Mercury Transaction Services

Anyone have any experience with this co.? They come up as a Commonwealth Land Title agent operating in 33 states and are advertising for experienced Notaries. They they pay
on disbursement. Anybody know if good - bad - ugly ?

Found that they are DBA Premier Abstract...at lease in PA (Mt Pocono and Stroudsburg)

They posted on GMN, and I had a long talk with Susan James at Mercury.
They appear to be on the up and up, they pay (I believe it was posted) $100 to $125, no shows are $50, no signs are full fee. They realize that a no-sign may take as long as a signing as calls have to be made to the lender etc.
At this point, based on my conversation with Susan, I would have no hesitation in accepting a signing from them.
