Need help on Signature for Commercial of Deed of Trust

I'm a newbie doing Loan Signings here in California and I have a question regarding the last page of the loan document which reads Commercial of Deed of Trust. Am I suppose to sign the ATTEST signature and have the borrows sign the witness signatures and stamp my seal? this is the first time I've seen the deed of trust with this form.

here's how it shows on page 2:

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same unto Assignee, its successor and assigns, forever, subject only to the terms and conditions of the above described Deed of Trust
