NotaryPro

I noticed on another board that some agents have been having problems with NotaryPro. As have I. There is a lot of hand-holding for $50 deals. All the faxbacks do not help either.

I have turned down more from them then I have closed for them. Not too long ago I asked to be removed from their calling list. It is just too much of a hassle.

I agree, and when I did work for them, they were slow to pay.

They pay me $25 for edocs, $15 if the loan is canceled after you've printed the docs.

I've never had a problem getting paid. Not once have I had to call them for a late payment. Yeah, they only pay $50 but half the time it's a Quicken Loan which is a breeze. The work I get from them often makes the difference between a decent month and lousy one.
