Can you believe they called me at 10:45 p.m. last nite for a signing to be completed before midnight. I was in bed. Didn't even answer the phone and got their voice mail message this morning.

I betcha I know who it was, they called me in the late pm, but the people refused to sign in NJ. i'm close to the border.
