This is a sad day for us all as he was truly a pope for all people. Whether we were Catholics or not. My thoughts and prayers are with the people of Catholic faith and I would like to send my condolences to all. He was a great man and we all can learn a lesson or two from him.

Pope John Paul II
If we agreed to the teachings of the Catholic church or not.... Pope John Paul II was truly an example of a pious/humble human being where we all should take example.
A lot less terror would be in this world if there were a few more like him

He stuck to his beliefs, he held his ground whether you agreed with him or not. Was one of the great leaders of our time. I feel he is now at peace, and has earned that eternal rest. One to be admired and highly thougth of. Rest in peace, rest in peace.

I am just glad the poor man isn't suffering anymore. It must be awful to be that old and sick and still have to respond to as many people as he did.

I have been listening to the news and learning about the Holy Father. My deepest sympathy to Catholics. I am amazed at all this man did in his life.
