Pinnacle Title

In Louisville Ky...I did a search and saw them on Hugh's no-no list...Anyone work and get paid? They called me for a signing tonight while I was driving...help, I don't want another check's in the mail routine and I'll call and cancel it if I don't get a favorable response

Jay, if you never did business with Pinnacle Title before (as you indicated in your previous posting), why would you put them on your avoid or no-no list? I am always open to working with any signing service/title company/lender and figuring out for myself whether or not they're going to pay. I won't do a bunch of signings for them and get stiffed, but I will do one or two and wait and see if they pay.

My thought is that I really don't know anyone personally or professionally on this message board and I have no idea what their skills are. Some people could be royal screw ups and could have messed up the signings they've done. I don't know and I'm not going to judge anyone (notary or signing service); but there's always more than one side to a story.

Much research from this site and other message boards from a very reliable source(very close friend who has been in the business a long time). I trust her & would not work for anyone on the list. My opinion only.

I done one in January for them and one in March and I got paid both times 30 days. But I will be cautious.

I agree with you MaggieMae...I got feedback that says good...on gmn, so I'll go, I was commited anyway, just nervous
I shouldn't have said I would cancel it. Now if I got a bunch of screaming NOs!!! I'd get a pretty good idea.

I've recently done work for pinnacle real estate services in CA. Very professional and paid on time(so far) good company in my opinion.

I had no problems getting paid from pinnacle real estate.
