Premier Lending Services, Irvine, CA-Watch out
Just a warning to others. I billed them my full fee for a closing. After printing our about 300 pages and spending 1.25 hours at the borrowers home (while he went around with the lender) he refused to sign due to HUGE errors in the loan. I was paid within 30 days, but they only paid half and told me tough luck.
Would NOT work or reccommend them at all.

In my experience with them, their confirmation states that only 1/2 fee will be paid if no sign or no show. It doesn't stand out so you have to pay attention to the small print, but if you look it will say it and you should have cancelled upon receipt of the confirmation if you didn't agree with it. However, if your confirmation does not state this, I would still argue it stating that you were never informed and you have the confirmation to prove it. I got burned with this before as well and now I pay attention to the small print to cover myself. Hope this helps.

I would try to bill them for the edoc fee too. It is completely unrealistic for these SS's to expect us to print out 300 pages and not be compensated for it!
