Quick question about Citi Helo

Hi and yes, I did do the search menu. I am doing a NASCO citibank Heloc and the whole package came in 8.5 x11 in. Is this normal? I am also doing a special acknowledgment for the DOT as this is the only thing that needs an acknowledgment. Can someone give me a clue if i have the righ format or do I need to give a call for another set of docs?

Hi Nicole. The Citibank closings that I have done are all printed on 8.5 by 11. If it makes you feel better, you can call but lenders often use one size paper for all docs.

I did a CitiBank HELOC last week and it was all 8x11. You can always set your printer to print legal and see if that format changes.......Good Luck

Re: THANKS ALL..

I reconfigured to see if it would print on 8/14 and it did not. I checked the PDF format and sure enough, it is for 8.5x11. I am now doing my 2 acknowledgments for this closing. I always like to have one with me just in case I goof. (preprinted)

Not special acknowledgment a CA all purpose for back-up

I always do preprinted acknowledgments for each of my signings for the day. That way, I have the venue and name properly placed and this also is good when you have a borrower sign the acknowledgment and you don't want to turn in a messy paper to the Title co. Most borrowers wait for instructions but a couple will just whip through the paperwork and sign in inappropriate areas which clearly have the notarial language. I learned to keep all purpose acknowledgments and extra jurats for these occasions. I sometimes like to preprint the name of the borrowers and my name with commission expiration date.

Re: Not special acknowledgment a CA all purpose for back-up

I believe on Citibank's Heloc's DOT the signature page and notarial wording are on the same page. As a suggestion, I would only print that page out a few times if you want back-ups and only use a loose all purpose ack if absolutely necessary. Citibank is extremely picky and the names and dates are preprinted on this page, unless that is what you mean, then I've misunderstood.

Re: Nicole

Nicole as stated Nasco's Citibank Heloc's are all letter size. However, once in a while I get a package that has a HUD. Don't bother trying to print this on legal paper, it still only prints out letter size. Also, they only include one copy of the RTC. The RTC is always the 3rd page from the end. So if the docs are 32 page's the RTC is page 30. After printing two copies I print two extra copies of page "30". Hope this helps you.

Re: Thanks all for the help

Thanks all for the info. I made copies of the last page of the dot and did bring a couple of loose ack with me. This was so easy, I almost feel guilty for charging ( I said almost)
