RTC-Sunday

I'm closing a loan today, Sunday. Do I write today's date in the blank for the transaction date on the RTC or tomorrow (Monday)? I believe I read something that it should be Monday's date. Thanks.

Today is the date you are singing. Add three days. Wednesday is the last day in RTC. The only time it is not three days is if Sunday falls within the three days or a legal holiday.
Example: Signed on Monday--RTC is Thursday. Signed on Thursday--RTC is Monday.

Did I answer your question? The date you sign is ALWAYS the first date.

Write today's date as the transaction date. Wednesday at midnight (April 13, 2005) is the RTC date.
