I did a few signings for them and they stopped calling all of a sudden. I'm not sure if they're still doing business in Fla or not. Funny Colleen - you have the same name as the girl from Realty Title.

I am doing a signing for them tonite. It was a rush + Edocs and to top it off its kinda far from me (hour and a half or so depending on traffic and how fast I drive lol) but I told them I would do it. The signing is at 6 but I havent been able to get ahold of the borrowers and I still do not have the docs. I always stress with the rushes. But if they are as good a company as everyone says they are I am gonna stick with it and get these babies signed.

I've not had any problems with them. Last signing I did for Realty was on 10/12. Check received on 10/22. I guess something fell through the cracks. Give them a call on Monday to see what's up.

I called, all I get is voice mail, left voice mail no response and several emails sent-no reply

This was a 1st/2nd mortgage of 266 pages then 266 pages for borrowers copies. This closing was very difficult and took 4 hours.

Update to payment. The loan cancelled and my invoice was in the package and got overlooked. I just got an email today that I will be receiving full fee for the cancelled loan. These things happen.

Well, I made this post on 11/4, still no check. I would think that because it was an oversite, and my first closing with them that they would have made an extra effort to get the check to me. I can't continue to work for no pay
