Sign on the X

Anyone out there have problems getting paid by Sign on the X? I think they may be like another Sirianni company.

Supposedly, any signings performed in March will be paid April 30th. In my experience with this SS they only pay if you call them to say the balance is over due. It takes 1 to 3 phone calls to get your money but you will get it.

They are a waste of time. Why make all those calls for $50!??!

Sign on the X is notorious for their very slow pay.
Run away from them!

When someone tells you to check a message number you need to hit the Search button and do a search on the message number.

I just did one for this company (last night). I had read about them on the message board, but I've also read time and time again that some people have trouble with a particular SS and others don't. I decided to take the signing and will see what happens. It was a $65 deal and man did I work for that $65 so I better get paid! (lol)

Burn me once, it's your fault; burn me again and I deserve it. We'll seeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

What you say is true, different notaries do have different experiences with the same company.
But the experience is consistent with notaries regarding Sign on the X
You will get paid by them, but it isn't very prompt.

Sylvia,
This mobile loan signing is very new to me. When I was in NJ working for attorneys, people would come to the office and I would notarize their docs for them. I never worked for a signing company or title company and never had to solicit business.

I know I need to put in my time and learn the ropes, so I'm willing to try some of these signing companies and see what happens. Even the ones that are slow pay. I think it will make it easier to sell myself to local title companies if I can say I've worked for this company, that company, etc.

After you complete the signing, send them an invoice. PUT ON THE INVOICE BALANCE DUE IN 30 DAYS! I always get paid within 30 days.

I did a job for them in January and they still owe me $45.00 and left messages with payroll. I am surprised Sign on The X is in Business. I want my pay.

Colleen
