Signature Line
Hello All! Just a personal reccomendation. I often go into the discussion boards and skim over the posts. Sometimes I like what I read, sometimes I dont. Simply put, I think it would be advantagous to have a signature line with your contact info after your posts. I have seen knowledgeable notaries on the board that I would like to use for signings, and having that information right in front of me might compell me to take note. Just a thought, do with it as you will.

It would also help if people linked their profile to their post

According to a little research, ...
... Mr. Babish does not run an established signing service. Perhaps he is in the process of starting one. It appears that he has a courier business, and does some notary work, perhaps with some NSAs as independent contractors.
How close am I?

Unless and until, signing companies offer a reasonable fee to experienced and professional signing agents (and some do), there will be plenty left for those who need to gain experience and expertise in the field. Title companies typically look for the experienced and professional agent as they do not have the time nor the inclination to babysit, handhold, train or redo a notary signing agents work.
So, experience has its privileges and one privilege is being sought after for expertise. Newcomers will not be left out in the cold, but the apprenticeship program can be grueling.
