Tool for dealing with Last Day to Sign HOT tip!

I just discovered that my local Beauty SCHOOL offers 1 hour pedicures for only $13.50. Much of that hour involved massage.

They give haircuts for only $10.

Check out your local resources, Ladies!

My new schedule:
Last Day to Sign: booked solid
Day after Last Day to Sign: sleep (aka Coma)
Day after that: pedicure!

Before anyone makes any smart-aleck remarks, Lady Rouge (a.k.a. Sandi, my better half) teaches massage therapy at CT's longest-established, most respected massage school. So I'm talking about legitimate massage therapy here, not sex for money in a sleazy "massage parlour".

Tell you what else is good....

for women as well as men. A facial! They are so relaxing and they make you feel and look so rejuvenated. I am lucky my daughter is an esthetician so I get one or two a month...absolutely free.

Callipat, How true!!! I am a licensed esthetician (skin care specialist) as well. They are quite relaxing and the benefits are amazing. Most people take their skin for granted but it is something that should be cared for greatly. If not it catches up with when you get older.

As for cost, when I was in school we gave facials on campus for $20. Of course, there was no ambiance to go along with it and that goes along way.

My husband is a certified massage therapist and we make it a point to treat each other about twice a month. My 9 year old even enjoy it.

Its not just for women anymore. There are MANY metro-sexual men out there and I say good for you for taking pride in yourselves!

With the stress we put up with as notaries we all deserve a little TLC every now and again.

One of the best things about cosmetology school was when we did facials... But even better was when they let the estheticians come to day classes to get thier operations completed. God they were good. It was so relaxing that even in a school setting an ambulance fleet blowing thier sirens would not have phased me...
