Under Age 18 and Real Estate Dox

Is there ever a situation where a person under 18 can legally sign real estate documents?

A Minor cannot legally engage in a binding contract unless he/she is an emacipated minor. In California there is no law against it specficially in the California Handbook, but using common sense here and consider the first statement in this post.

Perhaps one should check with their state's office that handles the Notary Public regulations.
