United Signatures, Ltd - Please advise

Has anyone done business with United Signatures, Ltd. ? I just got a call and I cannot find anything on this company. The person I spoke to said they are out of Long Island. I would appreciate your opinions ASAP since I'm not sure if I want to take the assignment. Thanks
