United Signatures, Ltd. - Redux - See Message # 31966
An author posted under the alias USLTD1 searching for attorney notaries in South Carolina and Georgia. I know, because I responded. So, apparently Sirianni (and/or his "partner in crime") has discovered this forum. I don't think it's wise to say anything here that you don't want him to be aware of ahead of time. Just my 2 cents worth.

I am sure they check all the forums just like a lot of companies do. That's fine. As for me, if I have any suspicions that a company is in any way connected to Sirianni (even if it is someone who broke away and started their own company )I will not do business with them. It's a shame that we have to investigate all these new companies because of a small number of bad companies that just do not want to pay us for our work.

See message ##32376. I haven't done business for him, but in fairness to him would not turn away unless he personally did not pay for my services. You can't judge someone by the actions of someone else.

I am a Certified Signing Agent and I have done work for United Signatures. Not only were they pleasent and helpful they paid me with in 30 days. We are all hard working people and should be paid for our services, including United Signatures. What Sirianni did should only reflect on Sirianni not on his exworkers. Everyone deserves a chance. I don't know who posted this bad message, but who ever you are get over it. How would you like to try to make a better life for yourself and had to deal with someone like you.

Re: United Signatures, Ltd - UPDATE - Please Read
Last night Linda called me and we spoke for quite a while. She did give me several references to contact and I do plan on calling them. We came to a mutual agreement and I accepted the signing . I assured her that I will definately post my experience with the company as I have done in the past with others .
My post was facts that I discovered in public records and anyone who did business with her former boss and is still waiting for their money knows how I felt when I saw the same name that was on the certified letter I had sent to his office regarding payment.
Based on our phone conversations Linda seems like a sincere person and that is why (with some reservation) I agreed to do this signing. If she means what she says them I wish her well in this business.
And I am glad that some notaries who have done work for her posted positive comments.
