aol problem with efax

I use efax for my faxes. I have the faxes sent to a hotmail account and an aol account.

The faxes don't show up in the aol mailbox, they do show up in the hotmail mailbox.
I've checked the aol address and it is correct on my efax account.

Anyone else have this problem ?

My spam settings on aol are set low, and the faxes are not in the spam folder.
