Do they make you do all of the fax backs, too? I say I'm never doing one for them again and then I have a slow week and take one anyway! lol (And I always regret it!)

Yes - I had to pull certain pages out of the package and fax them back and then they want them put back in the same order I got them. I have to wait for them to call me and say it's ok to drop the package. I think they are on the west coast and if they don't call me by noon today the package won't drop today because I have to put it in the Fed Ex box on my lunch break.
