1st Signing

Yeayy!!! I did my first signing today.

It went pretty smoothly.

I did print 200 pages that were not a part of the loan. The papers were for another borrower. Should I bill for the extra e-docs?

I would definitely bill for the extra docs.

Thank you. I did bill for the extra docs and they agreed to pay me.

Do you mean they sent you someone elses documents? Or did you click on the wrong ones on a web site? If they sent you someone elses, you really got thrown in to a mess your first time. In 5 years I've never had that.

They sent the correct doc, and in addition they sent someone else's. 200 extra pages.
Thanks.

You say from your post that this was your first signing. Upon reading your profile on this site, it sure sounds like you are an experienced loan signing agent! I think you should be more truthful in your advertising!!

She does say her experience comes from personal RE investments and refinancing.

Why are we discussing her profile on this site? That was not the question.

This is not Jeopardy...so, the question was not necessary...posters can comment on pretty much whatever Harry allows.

Re: 1st Signing - Her ad...

She's a great marketer and writes very well. It seemed honest to me.

Besides, when a company looks at a person's ad, and they see someone who cared enough to put up a well-written ad, I believe the quality of the ad speaks much LOUDER than any type of certification, or experience described in mangled words.

Patricia, dump the notary gig and go into resume writing. You have talent, girl.

Thanks a lot. I really took my time, thought about carefully, and tried my best to write it well, and honestly.

Re: Congratulation!!!!

I read your profile, very professional and to the point you did state what your previous experience has been and what type of service you intend to provide to your clients and you covered what certifications you have. Nice.

Re: Congratulation!!!!

Thanks. I'm glad you were able to understand what I am trying to convey.

Good luck to you, also.
