I don't have a different phone number, but you can try faxing another invoice indicating that you've sent CC to borrower, TC, & Lender. I did just that on 5/5 and my check arrived 5 days later!

If you have not already done so, speak directly w/ Steve. He is the owner. I have done several signings for Accusigning in the past and every time I had to make several calls to receive payment. I had one from them that took over 60 days!! I have chosen not to do business w/ them anymore due to this. They will pay you, it will just take several calls and a lot of frustration...

I also had a problem with an EXTREMELY delayed payment from Accusigning. It took me 3 months and lots of phone calls before I finally received my check. Like the person before me said, they will pay you...eventually.

Has anyone done signings for them and received late payments WITHOUT calling and harassing them to get it? Just wondering because we did one for them at the end of June and I have not thought about contacting them yet because I know they are slow. Is it a definite that you not only have to wait around 60 days but you have to stay on them to get the slow payments too? TIA
