I have done several closings for them.Always edocs, they arrive really quickly after confirmation.They aren't too easy to negotiate with fee wise, but they do pay in under 30 days, sometimes within 2 weeks.I had one closing that canceled during the recission period and did wait a couple of months for payment.Had to call them several times on that one, but otherwise I like this co.

I find that they do not pay at all. The owner, Andrea Joannou has insisted in other threads that her company pays but I get the run around. The check is always in the mail.

did a last minute signing for them on 3/3/09, they met my fee, confirmation and docs received almost immediately and check dated 3/10/09 received 3/14/09. That was only my 2nd transaction with them and both times I was paid within 2 weeks.
