BEWARE OF LENDER SERVICES DIRECT

Beware of lender services direct in california on march 1st i did a siogning and still have not been paid, I keep calling and the guy at the front desk just tells me its not his problem and says i have to speak to the accounting department which never returns phone calls, i have hired a collection agency to go after them. We must stick together and stop accepting signings from deadbeat signing companies

Why do you keep posting this over and over? Any no-no list has them listed. A quick search lets everyone know just how they do business.

Lighten up. Everyone dosen't know about Lender Services Direct. They are a no pay slow pay company. They are nice when they are trying to get you to accept their signings. Getting paid is another story.

You must fax them an invoice and make sure their job number appears on it. I did 3 for them and was paid within 30 days for 2.....the 3rd one didn't have the job # on it and was not paid till I fax'd the new invoice in with it. They will pay if they can identify you ant the job through their system. (FYI...the Pittsburgh office pays faster....got pmt from them in 5 days)

I've only done one signing for this company, but they paid a fair rate and I didn't have any issue receiving payment from them. I guess experiences vary.
