We have done work for them. Most times they send a check with the package. 5 minute jobs most of the time.

Grab the work if offered.

Is this company based in Florida? If so, I contacted them and they don't use outside notaries. They are not a national company.

They are not loan signings. They are buying vacant land. I have done several for them. They contact me to take one document out to the owner of the land, get it signed, witnessed and notarized. There is always a check for the signer and one for me in the package.
On these I can only charge my state's notary fee and a reasonable travel fee. So the check is not for a lot, but they only take a few minutes to do.

That's strange because when I called they said they have 3 in house notaries and never use mobile notaries. I am wondering if this is the same company. The phone number that I have for them is 239-593-8201. Is this the same company you all are referring to? Thanks.
