Bi-lingual Signings
Is charging a bi-lingual fee something I should start doing? I don't do it know, but I've had 5 out of my last six signings with spanish speaking signers.

Hello Juan , I posted a similiar question. If you are interested in the answers that people were kind enough to share with me the thread is #53730
If you weren't bilingual would you have had those 5 out of 6 signings?

Juan,
I can only speak for myself. Personally I do charge a premium for a foreign language closing. My experience is they take longer because the borrower does not know hat is written on the papers, which results in more questions, etc, etc.
Basically I explain this to the TC's that I work with and they understand and accomodate my fee. I have not lost any business because of it.
