Blank Disclosures

I just got some docs from a ss. The email was only the disclosures which are obviously blank. Am I to just have the borrower sign the blank docs? And I don't see why I need to spend any more time doing the job the LO is supposed to do, right?

These are normally predisclosures. I would call the SS and get clarification.
