CP Signature Services out of Fresno, CA

Last threads I read were from January with a mixed review. Any word on them lately? 559-875-6629 Fresno I believe. Possible e-docs for tomorrow should I go $90 ($65 + $25) or are they paying better than that, anyone know? You don't have to tell me what they pay you just if I am low balling it.

It's been awhile but from what I remember they want you to sign a contract and their fee on the HUD was astronomical. But it has been probably a year and a half and I wouldn't sign the contract so they never called me back after that signing.

She called out of the blue yesterday and never mentioned a contract. She said she might call me back today when she get a hold of the borrower. We never talked money so I wanted to get a heads up on someone who has done e-docs with them to see if $90 was too low before I quote her a price. Thanks

Why don't you just ask her what she is authorized to pay for the signing? If she come backs with a lower rate, then you can counter with your $90. If she comes back with a higher rate than $90, then ...
