Delinquent or Slow Pay

How are other notaries handling. It appears to me to be a major problem. I am very disappointed even in companies that have 4 stars.

How long are you calling delinquent or slow pay. Most co's pay (more or less) next month for what you did this month. A few (darn few) are better.

over 45 days, have a listed company advise they pay when she has time. Some companies disclose 30 day pay or 1st of month. I have several 90 days past due.

We also have a couple of 4 star companies running into the 45-50 day period

Personnaly (sp?) if it were me I would be calling those companies that are 90days every day or at least every week, and I wouldn't accept anymore business from them until they were caught up. I have weeded out all companies that do not pay w/in 30 days, for the simple fact that my bills like everyone else come around every 30 days. I cannot afford to do business with companies that don't pay every 30 days.
Send them a collection letter. JMHO
