You may want to be wary of any company making such a public stock offering. My guess is that about three securities laws have been violated, unless the appropriate filings were made.

As a public stock offering ....

I am betting more than three SEC laws and regulations were violated. Used to work with an SEC lawyer proofing the filings and financials that go with it.

Might have made it as a private offering if it hadn't been spammed all over the 'net.

Ditto! I read it over twice to make sure I was not missing out on some great deal then deleted it after it dawned on me exactly what it was.

I received it twice and deleted it twice.

Exempt?

How does anyone know the company did not file an exemption notice and is maintaining this as a private offering with appropriate restrictions. The pomposity of some to throw out assumptions and generializations and the naivety of many to accept it is amazing.

Yes, I got this one and five more. In the first one he offered 25 shares of 22nd Century Notary company stock (valued at $1.00 each!!!!!), and the price to list in the directory was $35.99 for a lifetime listing (or $35.95, depending on which paragraph you were reading). I wondered if he means my lifetime, or the lifetime of the company, which may not be long. I got another identical email from him later the same day. By the way, the emails AND the website were absolutely FULL of grammar and spelling mistakes. The next email (4 days later) offered 150 shares, and the price was now $45.99 for a lifetime listing. So, I thought, boy, am I glad I waited four days!!! I'll get an extra 125 shares for only $10 more!!! BUT HOLD ON!!! THEN, I got yet another email yesterday!!! NOW, it's still $45.99 for a lifetime listing, but NOW I'LL GET 1,000 SHARES!!!!! VALUED AT $1.00 EACH!!! WITH ANNUAL DIVIDENDS!!! Where's my credit card....I gotta get in on this....But WAIT, maybe I should hold off for a few days, maybe it'll be up to 1 MILLION shares by Monday! BTW, I tried to go back to his website today to look at it again, and it's not there anymore. Have I missed my chance to be rich? Man, I hate it when that happens.
