Dont know what to do. Did a Trust signing and the BRW signed

Trustee and the date of trust on everything as should be, but on the DOT (off all things) he scribbled the trust verbiage then line through it like it was a mistake, didnt initial the strike, but his name is legible. Any suggestions of what I should do? Thanks alot guys. P>S> I am posting Anon because so much of the posts latley have said tha SS read this board.

If it were me, I would have exchanged his copy for the one he made the changes to and had him sign (what would have been his copy) to send with the docs. I would have then given him the DOT that he scribbled on as his copy.
