E-Realty Loans/TD Financial...ATTN: SO.CAL NOTARIES

This/these companies are non paying...They have now changed their name, stating that they are a different company in order to bilke signing agents out of their fees for previous services. They are now running under E-Realty Loans and are trying to get notaries to work for them in the southern Calif. areas. DO NOT TAKE ASSIGNMENTS FROM THEM AS YOU WILL NOT BE PAID!!!!

I am a mortgage broker out in Illinois. I found this post doing for a search for E Realty Loans, Inc. Another compnay, E-Loans Networking Solutions, LLC. claims that they are related to the mortgage division E Realty Loans, Inc. Basically I am trying to verify the pitch they are giving me.

I can't find anything on E Realty Loans, Inc. I wonder if this is the exact same company? E-Loans is located at 21120 Vanowen Ave, Canoga Park, CA 91303.

Any help would be appreciated.
