First Pacific Financial

Got a call to do a closing for them for tonite. Can't find much info on them. When I asked them to send me a confirmation, he seemed a bit puzzled, which threw me off.Did send a confirmation, but my fee wasn't on there, so when he calls me back I will ask for another one.Just wondering if anyone has any info on them, good or bad.Tia....

First Pacific Financial is not a signing service. You send your invoice to them or Title, along with the docs when you return them. Signing Services send you confirmations. Hope this helps.

I'm agreeing - not a signing service. Do an excellent job, then approach whomever called you for future work. What a nice opportunity - recognize it! You may just be creating your first account. How nice is that!

I've done a few for an LO from FPF out of Newport Beach, CA. Make sure LO tells escrow to include your fee on the HUD (else you'll be chasing payment) then attach your invoice with the docs when sending back to TC.
