How do I do this:
This instrument ws acknowledged before me on___ , ___, 2005. by_____________. ( in the rare case of a corporation or Trustee it will continue "in my capacity of ____ for ______.")

Date (you knew that, right) by >Borrower's Name(s)<. Next thing... is the Borrower doing this for his Corporation (never have seen that, so doubt it very much) but, >President< of >ABC Corp.<, or if Trustee "in my capacity of >Trustee for the Joe Doe Trust<" or whatever the name of the particular trust is. Hope the ( ) & >< all make sense to you.
