HUD-1
I have to do a closing tomorrow and on the closing instuctions it says the final HUD1 settlement statement must be completed at settlement and must accurately reflect all receipts and disbursements indicated in these closing instructions and any amended closing instructions subsequent hereto. If any changes to fees occur documents may need to be re-drawn and re-signed. Does this mean that I have to fill out the HUD1. Then at the bottom of closing instructions it says Settlement Agent and (a line for signature)
