I read this today on a fairly well known classified web site.

"I need a notary to help me out of a probate situation. Dad died without a will and want to avoid probate which has been estimated to cost $30,000+. If you are familiar with this situation, and can help please let me know. Already know what to do, but need to find a notary willing to help in this situation. "
