Introduction of ME!

I've been a title agent for 20 years but am just getting away from lawyers in doing closings....feeling a bit shaky about it. I have had calls for "Notary Closings" but since I wasn't a notary at the time, I told them no. I've just learned what a Notary Only Closing is! Sheesh! I feel like an antique trying to catch up to speed. I've read a lot of the posts on this site and it has helped me enormously. Thanks everyone. I look forward to being here and learning from all of you. (By the way, Newly is my miniature mule.)

Hi Newlysmom

I'm in Pensacola Fl and I have 2 miniature horses. Their names are Scooby and Scrapy. I love mini-mules they are soooo cute.

I'm back. My computer is in the office so after hours I'm not in. Actually, Newly is named after someone on Gunsmoke...I didn't name him, his previous owner did. I have 4 miniature horses also and two Standardbreds, one of which is retired from racing and the other one never got there....broke a knee in training as a two year old. At least I kept them both from the slaughterhouse. They make good carriage horses and the older one that retired from racing is in the process of also becoming my riding horse.
