Invitations from Title / Signing Services

Lately, I have had at least 4-5 calls or emails per week from companies inviting me to "join" their teams of notaries. I have been in this business for a couple of years, and this has only started within the last couple of weeks. I certainly am grateful for any business I get, but was just wandering what's going on. Any ideas?
Thanks....

Yep. Either that or they have been posted as having issues with making timely payments - or making them at all.

I also am getting contacted by many companies to join there client list. The catch is most all companies want to be paid to join.

Most all the emails I get want me to pay a listing fee of anywhere from 25 to 50 dollars. Looks like they are trying to get a little extra income for their ss.
