Is our profession so misunderstood?

I received an email from someone who refuse to give their phone number or company name. Said she wanted to get a pool of SAs to work with her to close short "30 minute" packages (2nds & 3rd mortgages). She gets work from what she calls "dealers". After I told her that I've done x-hundred loans and work 24/7, she wrote back saying that she doesn't need my service because she need someone who can handle 2-5 closings a month.

What's up with that? Someone who has done hundreds of loans can't handle 2 - 5 a month??? Then I figured perhaps she thinks that I'm too busy to accomodate 2 - 5 more. She must believe that she could find someone who would give up all their work and make themselves exclusively available to her 2 - 5 a month....whoopie!

I don't understand why the conversation even continued after she refused to give her company name or phone number.

Emailing back and forth is a conversation, just as we are having a conversation in this thread without actually speaking to each other.
